Marilyn, known as Lynnie

Lynnie Kotchie the CEO of Agendo has over 20 years’ experience in event design and venue sourcing.

She is at the 'heart' of the many event designs for their wide ranging cliental, from international blue chip companies to local Surrey companies. She leads a team of experts in the field, who thrive on the challenges presented to them. These may be as diverse as finding an exclusive venue for a high profile board meeting, to having live falcons and owls fly down through the tables in a Harry Potter style company dinner.

If you are looking for expertise, sound knowledge of venues, and unlimited creativity... look no further... Lynnie’s beautiful garden is an indication of this creativity, eye for colour and precision. All key qualities for the ultimate event.

Mandy

Mandy

Mandy has worked for the company for 2 years and brings a wealth of hotel knowledge gained during her 10 year stint working for one of the the worlds leading hotel groups.

She has worked with many high profile clients and has an in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry which proves invaluable when negotiating with venues.

Professionally trained with a passion for delivering memorable events, Mandy has a conscientious nature and an exceptional zest for life!

Quirky venues are Mandy's speciality... Mandy says that "offering organisers the opportunity to surprise their delegates with something new or different makes each event unique."

Julie

Julie

Julie’s creative thinking and can do attitude is seen as a key asset of Agendo. Once the venue has been chosen, her speciality is to assist in the tailoring of the clients onsite social activities; be it creating a bespoke teambuilding event, or theming a gala dinner to a conference strap-line or product brand.

Imaginative in the initial stages, sometimes to the point of ‘crazy’ but with the practical skills to bring those ideas to life; Julie has created everything from a Mad Hatters Tea Party to transforming the shell of a government owned building into an urban themed event.

She says "creating the décor to fulfil my clients event brief is a great challenge, the possibilities are literally endless. Over the last 12 years working with Agendo I can honestly say that every event solution has been different, which is perfect for me -knowing each day is going to be exciting and new.
